The property was okay, but for the price and reservation I was greatly disappointed. Most notable was the lack of anything in the room other than two mismatched separate beds. My wife and I came and under my reservation I specially said two guests with a shared bed. The cost did not match the service or the room. We were both disappointed. The restaurant was closed for a summer break. and that was not listed at the time of reservation. Additionally, the cleaning staff left their vacuum and carts in the middle of the walk ways, which made carrying luggage out for check out a game of don’t trip over random stuff in walk ways.

Havde skrevet til dem om hvornår der var morgenmad om søndagen, og fik at vide det var kl 7, hvilket var vigtigt for os. Da vi var der var det så først kl. 8. Restauranten er ikke hvad man forstår ved godt tysk landhaus køkken.

Very disappointed in all ways. Service, rooms and breakfast. When I checked in my magnetic card was not working so I went back to the reception and the guy could help so he asked me to wait. After 10 minutes I asked the guy at the counter to help me. The answer was he was busy and anyway check in wasn’t before 4 pm. Long discussion before he finally replaced my card and telling me they were very expensive. The room was basic, no glass or cup to brush your teeth in the bathroom. The rooms weren’t very clean neither. The breakfast very basic

Ein gebuchter Aufenthalt für Mai 22 wurde storniert. Es wurde uns am Telefon gesagt, man „könne da jetzt auch nix machen“ Seltsame Geschäftspraktik… Dieses Hotel wird von uns garantiert nie wieder angefragt!!

Das Hotel liegt ruhig, ausserhalb des Ortes. Ich fragte bei der Buchung, ob es möglich ist, das Abendessen im Restaurant einzunehmen. Die Antwort des Hotels lautete ja. Leider sagte man mir bei der Ankunft, das Restaurant hätte eine geschlossene Gesellschaft. Dies ärgerte mich sehr, ich hätte Offenheit bei der Buchungsanfrage erwartet.
