Vorbildlicher, freundlicher Service, Speisen und Getränke hervorragend.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles ordentlich und sauber.Und ein großes Lob an das Personal, waren alle sehr nett. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder Top Frühstück

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Einchecken war etwas chaotisch mit der Zimmervergabe, was nicht notwendig gewesen wäre, da wir uns mit der Gruppe mindestens zwei Wochen vorher angemeldet hatten, die Daten bekannt waren und alles vorbereitet hätte werden können. In meinem Zimmer 203 war es ziemlich duster, es fehlte an 2 Schranktüren die Schlüssel und im Kleiderschrank waren keine Einlegeböden, um etwas abzulegen. Außerdem gab es keine Nachttischlampen, so dass beim nächtlichen Toilettenbesuch die Festbeleuchtung eingeschaltet werden musste. Entschädigt wurden wir aber mit einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal, mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück und Essen nach Karte. Eine Verbesserungsmöglichkeit wäre auch ein etwas früherer Beginn der Frühstückszeit, da in einem Hotel, das auch für Motorradfahrer wirbt, mancher Biker auch mal eine größere Tour plant und etwas früher aufbrechen möchte. Im Prinzip waren das aber Kleinigkeiten und unsere Gruppe von 17 Motobikern war insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Ein liebevoll geführtes Haus mit schönen Holzelementen. Besonders gut hat uns in der Suite die Infrarotkabine gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und mit schöner Auswahl.

Wir waren nun zum bereits 3. Mal bei Familie Kempe im Gasthaus Bärenfels zu Gast. 2 mal im Winter und nun mal im Frühjahr. Das familiengeführte Hotel hat eine super Küche, ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbüffet, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal und einen stets hilfsbereiten Chef. Wenn mal etwas beim Büffet fehlt, wird es sofort nachgelegt. Sonderwünsche werden auf Nachfrage gerne erfüllt. Wir wollten spontan 4 E-Bikes für den nächsten Tag ausleihen. Obwohl eigentlich nicht mehr genug Räder verfügbar waren hat Herr Kempe alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt uns diesen Wunsch doch noch zu erfüllen. Das hat dann auch funktioniert. Spitze! Wir kommen wieder…

L’accueil est très sympathique, l’endroit est hyper calme et les chambres fort confortables ! L’hôtelier nous a spontanément proposé un garage fermé pour nos 3 motos! Cette maison du 17ème siècle est entretenue avec soin et a une âme. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est copieusement et diversement garni et tout le personnel particulièrement prévenant! Nius reviendrons!
