Aucun point négatif sur cet hotel. Hotel en pleine nature, très calme. Architecture magnifique : pas de béton !!! L'hotel est construit dans un des plus vieux haras du monde . les premiéres constructions datent de 1748. Endroit merveilleux pour les passionnés de chevaux : 700 chevaux vivent en totale liberté autour de l'hotel. Visite guidée 2 fois par par jour du haras et de ses installations : Superbe. Nous avons eu la chance que notre guide parle le français.

Achamos a animação muito fraca . A parte que cobram da visita aos cavalos não avisaram que não teríamos a parte das éguas ausentes e o quarto chegamos às 16h e ainda tivemos quase 1 h espera de estar pronto . Ainda há muito a melhorar. Espero que melhorem . A animação infantil não cumpria o que dizia no agendado . Podiam também ter mais refeições prontas no bar da piscina

Este hotel é um dos que vou voltar e digo isto muito poucas vezes. Amabiliadade dos funcionários : 10/10 Instalações e acessos: 10/10 Limpeza e facilidades a pedidos: 10/10 Posto para carregar carros elétricos: existe e, apesar de pessoas menos cordiais deixarem os carros mal estacionados nesses locais, a preocupação dos funcionários é sublime e solucionam o que não parece solucionavel: 10/10 Ambiente: fantástico 10/10, cavalos, concursos a decorrer e podemos assistir, visitas guiadas Kids club: 10/10 piscina, parque, tudo maravilhoso Comida: temos muitos pontos de comparação e variados, e posso dizer que superam a nossa exigência que é muita. O melhor sítio onde comemos até hoje. Buffet que parece ser à carta, uma qualidade que nem sei descrever. 10/10 Voltaremos, o segundo hotel no país onde queremos mesmo voltar vezes sem conta.

Não tenho nada a apontar tudo, tudo foi o melhor desde a simpatia na recepção, a atenção constante do Dr Rui , no Restaurante, no Bar Splash, nas atividades adquiridas, a comida (buffet). O fim de semana foi simplesmente perfeito..... a tal ponto que marcamos as nossas férias de uma semana em agosto para lá novamente. Iremos voltar !!!!

Nem sempre se encontra alguém com este perfil e com este nível à frente de uma unidade hoteleira. Os meus sinceros parabéns. O Serviço foi excelente e todo o pessoal foi de uma grande atenção e simpatia. Vila Galé Collection Alter Real is a charming hotel located at the Royal Stud Farm (1748) The recently restored hotel offers comfortable 77 rooms and equestrian tourism. The hotel has a library & several lounges, an outdoor pool, gym & spa, and a large indoor pool with sauna, jacuzzi & Turkish bath. Free parking. Furnishings and decoration provide a very nice atmosphere. Service is efficient and friendly. We came for one night and stayed four days. Our spacious room had desk & chair, air-conditioning, table & chairs, fridge & TV, a good twin bed, and a wardrobe with safe. No coffee & tea facility, Window can be opened but don’t have mosquito screens. We had a nice bathroom with washbasin, toilet & shower. All was very clean. Several evenings we went for dinner. The food was well presented and tasty. One evening we had a buffet dinner, which was very good. A good breakfast is served: eggs made to order, cold cuts & cheeses, bread & rolls, cereals & fruits, milk & yoghurts, juices & preserves, croissants & pastries, tea & coffee. Hotel Vila Galé Collection Alter Real is a charming and comfortable hotel, and we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.
