Excelentes acomodações num local bastante aprazível ( cheio de árvores, flores e fauna da região incluindo araras Canindé).
E o serviço da pousada é ótimo também.

A pousada é confortável, café da manhã simples porem bem servido ficamos sem energina no primeiro dia, mas eles ofereceram pra trocar o quarto, eu que não aceitei pois já estava instalada. A questão foi pagar no aplicativo e mesmo assim ser cobrada na entrada e na saída tendo que imprimir o meu comprovante de reserva pra provar que paguei, se eles oferecem a opção de fazer a reserva no site da hotéis.com deveriam conferir no aplicativo e não ficar cobrando as pessoas indevidamente.
Segunda vez que me hospedei a primeira vez foi muito agradável fui atendida pela dona uma senhora japonesa, mas essa vez deixou a desejar em todos os atendimentos.

Bem localizada,quarto amplo,cafe da manha muito simples,e tinha muita mosca em cima,voando.No terceiro dia coloquei as toalhas para lavar e so penduraram de novo, sem trocar.Trocaram apos reclamaçao.

Excelente lugar para descanso e lazer na cidade.Quartos espaçosos, limpos com banheiro grande,chuveiro top,secador de cabelos e toalhas limpas e cheirosa.Wifi tranquilo,silencio que me agradou muito.A pousada tem 27 quartos,todos com aquecimento solar.Cafe da manhã básico, tapiocas e ovos a pedidos,tudo no capricho e limpeza.

A pousada é boa no geral, mas a calefação não funcionava a noite toda e o frio ficava terrível dentro do quarto na madrugada! A manutenção precisa ser melhor! Estava bastante frio em Canela! O termostato desligava com 10 graus!!!!

We stayed in a chalet for 3 adults and it was very small. There was no light over the sink and all lighting was very poor. I asked for a light bulb and I was told they would be down to our room in 15 min. I ended up going back and getting the light bulb myself. We had tiny ants on our bed the first night when we went to retire and along the wall on the floor and in our shower. They gave my husband a can of spray to spray. The door did not easily close. No batteries in the remote or proper hook-up for the extremely small screen; although you don't go to watch TV. The maintenance and up-keep is terrible. The showers are electric and we had NO HOT WATER. That was not pleasant since we were doing a lot of hiking. The food was okay. Not a lot of choices. TripAdvisors has given this Pousada awards however I cannot see why other than seeing the beautiful Macaws and location.

A pousada no geral é muito boa, chalé ótimo, quarto grande, banheiro enorme, varanda com rede e jardim maravilhoso com visão das araras todos os dias, bom café da manhã ...mas o que eu não fiquei satisfeita foi com wifi e pouca iluminação a noite pra descer até os cheles...e um pouco longe da rua principal onde tem os bares mas nada que atrapalhe a nossa estadia...cidade tranquila, entao não tivemos problemas...

A pousada foi muito bem elaborada com bons chalés, jardinagem, árvores frutíferas e garagem na porta do chalé. Café da manhã simples, caso desejar, faz na hora omelete, molho de salsicha e tapioca. Precisa de um pouco mais de atenção em alguns pontos: Chuveiros elétricos x energia solar não está funcionando bem: hora gela, hora pela. A exposição das sacolas de lixo na área externa, abaixo da piscina, deixa o ambiente feio. A Tv não funcionou, mas não importamos. No mais, a pousada é muito boa, os atendentes são simpáticos e comunicativos.
