One of the best places I’ve stayed for a long time. Love that they have an insight restaurant and they had the best breakfast buffet. Loved the pancake maker!

The price for this hotel is fantastic! They have a great breakfast bar with tons of options. The Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel was also fantastic! All of the staff were super nice and welcoming. This is one of the best cheaper hotels we have stayed at!

This hotel had OK reviews online. Price is what I expected for the reviews. However, we were disappointed with the following: - Wi-Fi was pretty much useless, cell service in the area was 1-2 bars. - Breakfast was not available 3 out of 5 days due to maintenance. One day they pulled the cold items / pre packaged items early. - Loud patrons next door. Loud in room and hallway, front desk said they addressed it, however, it continued throughout the night. - Broken door knob on closet door - Main door would not close without pushing - When door was not closed all the way, hotel staff pushed door open without knocking - Mattress was very firm, also had small square pillows.

Our stay at this property was truly delightful. The on-site Mexican restaurant, Chapala's, conveniently located right next door, offered an exceptional dining experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. The pool provided a refreshing and enjoyable amenity, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious, warm breakfast that was nothing short of amazing! Additionally, the property's proximity to the City of St. Louis was a convenient bonus, allowing us easy access to explore the area's attractions this weekend

From the moment you step through the doors, you're greeted with warmth, charm, and a level of service that's simply unmatched. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, every single member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. Their smiles were contagious, their assistance was prompt, and their enthusiasm was truly infectious. It felt like I was amongst friends rather than just hotel staff. The rooms were not just clean; they were immaculate. Every nook and cranny sparkled with freshness, and the attention to detail was remarkable. The common areas were equally pristine, inviting guests to linger and relax in comfort. I slept like a baby, and waking up in such a cozy atmosphere was an absolute delight. Trust me; you won't want to skip breakfast here! This was a nice surprise and FREE!! We lounged for a while sipping coffee and juice and had a great time! There is a delicious Mexican restaurant just through the lobby so we ate dinner there. They have yummy margaritas! I was relieved that we did not have to leave the property to find dinner as an out of towner! If you're looking for a place to stay that combines luxury with genuine hospitality, look no further – the Best Western Hotel is your ultimate destination! 🌟✨ We will be back!
