We requested a nonsmoking room and our room smelled like cigarette smoke. We were able to move to another room, but it was on the ground floor, next to the atrium. There are large glass windows that take up the whole wall. The noise is nonstop from the pool and people in the atrium. There was a group of people sitting right next to our room and the curtains didn’t shut all the way, so they could look into our room all night. The bathtub faucet and drain were both broken. The toilet seat was broken. The bathroom was dirty with stains on the doors that looked they have never been wiped down. The majority of the outlets in the room did not work and some had tape over them. Overall a disappointing stay.

Had water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom onto the toilet which was coming from the toilet in the room above us. Carpet under chair not vacuumed. Broken light fixtures in the hallway. Gouges in the wood in the elevator. Tape across carpet in hallway with caution cones on either end. Order was wrong in the adjoining restaurant. Couldn't figure out what a screwdriver was or vodka & oj. On 3rd repeat they finally understood 'rum & coke'. Place needs cleaning and fixing!!

This trip was so the kids could swim in the pool, and it was FREEZING!! The kids swam for an hour before their lips were blue. It was about 20 degrees outside so maybe that’s why it was so cold, but the temperature in the pool room was even cold and I was wearing 2 long sleeve shirts.
Breakfast was fine, but there were a lot of issues with running low on different things. The staff were very nice. Probably will never stay again since we choose hotels based on the pool for our kids.

One of the best places I’ve stayed for a long time. Love that they have an insight restaurant and they had the best breakfast buffet. Loved the pancake maker!

The price for this hotel is fantastic! They have a great breakfast bar with tons of options. The Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel was also fantastic! All of the staff were super nice and welcoming. This is one of the best cheaper hotels we have stayed at!
