The staff was very pleasant. However, the first room we got the bathtub wouldn't drain. The second room we got the electrical outlets in the bathroom and nightstand didn't work. When we reported it they said it was probably just a breaker, but it never got fixed the next two days we were there.

Overnight stay. Good breakfast rooms large and quiet. Decor and furniture somewhat dated. Could use some simple touch ups. Friendly staff. Only 22 of 44 tv channels were working. Would stay again several restaurants close by. Poole area clean

It was fine except for the staff. The bathroom in the pool area was locked the whole time and when I told staff about it they wouldn’t do anything. They were giving me and my friends dirty looks the whole time. Also the pool was like a sauna it was so hot. Overall was not a good experience when I’m paying over $100 just to get poorly treated and disrespected.
