Our stay was great. The only thing missing was a hot tub. Other than that we would stay there again.

Don't bother staying anywhere in Des Moines when you have Altoona. I stumbled upon this lovely hotel after a terrible one in DesMoines. Shawn was welcoming and the accommodations were clean, spacious and restful. Breakfast was top notch with many things to choose from.

Shaun at the front desk is absolutely amazing. The pool wasn’t working and we were staying to let my son swim for his birthday. Shaun was able to get us a refund for our room and told us to go to the La Quinta 10 minutes away where the pool was working and got me a room there for the same price. He went way above and beyond from what I’ve experienced from hotel staff before.

It was a very clean hotel with a nice front desk man. Also nice decor although it ****** there was no pool. Quiet and comfortable with nice dove shampoo and conditioner and body bar.
