I’ve stayed here before without issue, but I won’t be back. All feather pillows were flat. I would expect complimentary toiletries, so I didn’t pack any. My room had no shampoo or conditioner, so I used what was left of the shower gel to wash my hair. Couldn’t call for more pillows from the room phone because the phone had no cord. Not the standard I think of for a Hampton Inn.

Shower area is in need of some TLC. Mold and peeling chalk. Looks dirty and neglected. Can’t change tv to hdmi input without a trip to front desk to get remote. Pool/hot tub is still not working. Stains on carpet. Old pillows that need to be replaced. For a Hampton it’s very rundown. Definitely not up to Hilton standards.

Door locks worked sometime. Other room door locks were pulled from the doors. Pool and hot tube inoperative. Computers were down at checkout.

Overall just ok. Shower in our room wasn’t clean, check in process was rough, lost our info and had someone trying to get into our room one afternoon even with the DND sign hooked to our door.

The first room had bugs and the 2nd room was no better. The manager stated oh its just cotton beatles. For the amount I paid, I shouldn't have seen any bugs. The pillow cases were brown and so were the sheets. The toilet seat was peeling and was yellow. The shower, I will just say, don't use, .the bathroom sink would not drain. It was an awful experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel. I'm seeking a full refund. I have pictures and video's I will be posting on social media.

The main part of the room is ok but the bathroom shower has black mold in it. And the wallpaper is peeling. The charge point charger for phones was sticky and dirty. This motel is in need of a remodel if all the rooms are like ours. Would not stay here again.

Ir is a lovely hotel. I boked there because it was pet friendly but the list of restrictions for the pet were difficult for us. Our dog is elderly and deaf so its not like I can give her a voice command and expect her to obey. I am in the process of trying to teach her hand signals but her deafness is a relatively new situation. I probably won't book there again because of the resrictions. I understand their purpose but i don't want to spend every second being concerned the job might jump on the couch.
The facility is nice and the breakfast was very nice with lots of choices.

I don’t appreciate they don’t disclose that their pool and fitness center are not in working condition. I would have chosen a different hotel if I known about the pool not working.
