Staff is nice and helpful and the rooms are decently clean. But what they don’t say in the policy shown is that even though check in is at 3 pm if they don’t hear from you by 4 pm they will CANCEL your room. We thankfully were able to get refunded then a new room but if that is going to be a policy it should be shown.
Then we discovered the rooms were not well maintained. We had to ask for a new room because the the key lock was broken which made our room easy to get into and the shower didn’t work. In our new room the key lock didn’t work well but it locked at least. Aside from that the toilet constantly made a loud noise and the shower did not regulate the temperature well; either burning you or being too cold regardless what temperature you set it on.

5 or 6 guys in the room next to us all that screaming and yelling and begging on the wall reported.And nobody did anything about it, This was very disappointing, as I've stayed with Wyndham.A rewards member.However I did not feel like anybody took care of me period

Don’t pick this place by the pictures. It is not as nice or even close as the pictures.
