Gran hotel, prácticamente nuevo. Todos los servicios acordes a la categoría. Destacar que cuenta con estacionamiento techado. Lejos del bullicio de Boca del Río. Habitación muy amplia, con frigobar funcional para dejar enfriar bebidas de envase pequeño; cama gigantesca y cómoda, aire acondicionado silencioso. Alberca un poco pequeña pero con acceso directo a playa.

Excelente hotel. Alejado de los ruidos de la ciudad. Muy buena atención. Piscina y playa privada. Servicio de buffet. Hay que llegar en vehículo debido a la lejanía de la ciudad pero bien vale la pena.

El hotel está bien, pero está muy lejos de la ciudad. No hay taxis disponibles. TIenes que pedirlo con mucho tiempo de anticipación o de lo contrario tarda de 30 a 50 minutos. Y además te cobran 50% mas que los taxis que tomas en la calle del centro de Veracruz. En Veracruz no hay servicio de Uber o Didi, y los taxis no tienen taximetro. Así que te cobran lo que ellos quieren. Y estando en un hotel tan lejos, tienes que considerar eso. Otra cosa, las almohadas están pésimas, muy grandes y duras. Imposible poder dormir con ellas. Si tienen otras, pero te las prestan si dejas un depósito de 600 pesos por almohada. La alberca la cierran muy temprano y lo mismo el servicio del restaurante.

Muy buena la experiencia, el personal amable y siempre se mostraron atentos a las solicitudes que requería, únicamente un detalle con las llaves de las habitaciones, que se desprogamaron varias veces y había que ir a la recepción a que las volvieran a activar.
