Really disappointed with this hotel. It wasn’t really a ‘suite’ at all. Basic facilities, small pool area, the bed was so HARD we slept on the floor and sofa bed all week!!! Breakfast wasn’t great at all. Our eggs were off the first morning and the service was a real let down, rude waiters couldnt really be bothered to take your order on the bar or if you ask for something it would come like an hour later. We were charged random stuff on check out including ‘tips’ on orders for water etc. We ended up checking out early and moving hotels. Beach full of flies and Alvor town wasn’t great. Will pick a different area next time.

We loved our four night stay here. The accommodation is bright and airy with fabulous views. The location is second to none, seconds from the beautiful fluffy sand and with a view of the Three Sisters beach and a short and picturesque 10 stroll into town! Alvor Old Town is full of lovely restaurants, bars and a wonderful atmosphere for young and old. We will be back!

Nice, calm and nicely designed hotel with a great breakfast buffet. Close to the beach, but with some own, small pools. In 10 minutes walking distance from the small city harbor.

Over many years now the PSB has always delivered and actually improves year on year. From the friendly and efficient staff, relaxed atmosphere, to one of the best locations on the Algarve with a fantastic 4km stretch of a beautiful beach right on the doorstep. We have no reason to go anywhere else!!!!!

We had an eight day break at the Pestana Alvor South Beach hotel, which we hugely enjoyed. The location is amazing, with an incredible beach right in front of the hotel and in easy walking distance to the town of Alvor. We have absolutely no criticisms of the hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The ambiance of the hotel was calm and we certainly slept well with no nighttime disturbance. The staff were uniformly polite and helpful. By the middle of our stay they knew what coffee we liked at breakfast and brought it to us without us asking. Without any hesitation we can recommend the hotel. Thank you 🙏

My wife and I are just back from a wonderful week in this hotel. The staff are so friendly and courteous. We stayed in a sea view room with a balcony which I would recommend. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. Room was excellent . We can’t wait to go back again.

Great vibe with lovely people and pools. It has excellent scenery with different walks, along the beach, near the boats and along the board walk as well as others.
