Well-located and well-structured family hotel, facing the sea. Beautiful and well-groomed. The main thing is the staff, very friendly and helpful, always willing to help, in particular Dionisis and Armando, with whom we had the most contact. Spacious room and always very clean. Excellent bathrooms and king size bed. Impeccable.

Stayed with my 3 year old daughter in a room with a sea view. Room was perfect size, cleaned daily and provided with clean towels. The hotel host was a real family man and was available day and night. Most of the staff also spoke good English and were extremely friendly. Next stay will definitely be here.

The welcome from DIONISIS and his entire team is perfect. Always available and delighted to show you his island. The rooms are spacious, clean, perfectly equipped with a sea view. Access to the sea (be careful no sandy beach). The breakfasts are generous and unlimited. The pool bar with very attractive prices. Proximity to sandy beaches and the city center. (Car recommended because the island is large) Many thanks again for our pleasant stay.

Very pleasant structure with wonderful sea view.
If we have to talk about negative things I would mention the wi fi not working inside the room but only on the balcony. The shower didn't work well and the hairdryer was broken. For the rest it was a nice stay accompanied by excellent food!

We were very well received, great staff, extremely kind and attentive, quiet location, the rooms are suitable and practical, very spacious, with a balcony but still remain very modest and equipped with the bare minimum. Note that the hotel is located quite far from all activities, whether boat trips or parties, but with a car/scooter or taxi it remains accessible. Buses are also a possibility but with little choice of hourly. The breakfast is rather varied, whether sweet or savory, but with products where the quality sometimes seems to be lacking. Overall I could only recommend this hotel which is well worth its price.

We loved everything about the property. Conveniently located, gorgeous gardens and ocean view.
The owners and staff are superb.
Breakfast and lunch menu was excellent.
Top notch clientele.

I always give a fair and impartial view. Owners and other staff very pleasant however the accommodation left a bit to be desired. Small kitchen area as you enter but 1 teaspoon and a glass. No pots,pans or cutlery. Is this a relic of an older design?

We loved it here. Visited in Sept with my husband and 20 yr old daughter. We all needed a break, we wanted to sit in the sun, wander around looking at local sites, read, eat good food and relax. I am very pleased to report that we did all this(and more). The hotel is at the quieter end of the island, we knew this and this is one reasons we picked it. There is a bus stop metres from the hotel and it was never too much trouble for the staff at the hotel to organise a taxi for us. Taxi's were reasonably priced. There is a small marina where we were able to hire a boat (with skipper) and take a wonderful tour of some of the islands wonderful sites that are only excess able by boat. There were several tavernas in walking distance from our hotel, the closest one says on Google that its a 'snack bar' but it is much more than this. We were able to sit and look over the ocean and enjoy a variety of dishes. The family owners of the hotel run everything and are very friendly and helpful. The Covid pandemic must have devastated them and its good to see their recovery. Its an older hotel and I loved its architecture, gardens and access to the sea. It sits in the landscape so well. The rooms are cleaned every day, with fresh linens and towels. I could go on but I won't. Suffice to say we had a great week and a faded sign at the front of the hotel did not impact my enjoyment one bit!!

If you have paid a few hundred pounds for a cheap getaway in Greece this place may be fine. However it is marketed and charged as a 4* hotel which it definitely is not. The photo used on the easyjet website is of some apartments down the road - not this hotel. The outside is faded and in disrepair and the rooms are the same. It is very old fashioned, basic and badly in need of updating. I had one lampshade but the other lights just had bare bulbs. There is an old, grubby kitchenette area with no utensils. The wardrobes have a couple of old plastic hangers but were not big enough to hang my clothes in anyway. I did have a view of the sea from my balcony and the very basic restaurant also has lovely views. We asked to be moved to another hotel but received no help from easyjet. There is another hotel 5 minutes down the road and we spent most of our time there. It is also handy for the bus stop to Zakynthos which is nice and well worth a visit.
