Wow! What an amazing place! We have just retuned from a fabulous 5 night stay at Porta Del Mar. We visited for my sisters wedding. I found Porta Del Mar when originally looking for venues for my sisters wedding. As the wedding planner I exchanged numerous emails with the owners Tasos and Myrto, both of whom were excellent and answered all my questions. The location did not disappoint! We hired out all the accommodation and every one of the guests had a wonderful time. The accommodation is beautiful, myself and my family (husband and 2 daughters) had the two bedroom apartment, which had wonderful views and was close to the swimming pool. Our room was perfect and large enough so that we could all get ready together on the morning of the wedding. All the staff were lovely, and worked so hard to make my sister's day special. The food in the restaurant was amazing, our only regret is we didn't eat there more often throughout our stay! The beach was lovely and we spent a lot of time down there, the canoe and SUP provided were lovely touches and were well used by our family. All that is left to say is thank you so much to everyone at Porta Del Mar, you were wonderful!

Really a lovely place. Every morning breakfast with a most fantastic view. In the evening same view but with totally different colours becaus of the sunset. But what really makes the difference are the people who are running this place. They make you feel special and will do anything to give you wonderful memories.

Porta del Mar è un residence ristorante antistante la spiaggia di Psarou, sulla costa est dell'Isola di Zante più' o meno a metà tra le regioni di Amoudi e Tsilivi. Ci accomodiamo in un gazebo con vista mare accolti da un personale gentile, affabile e disponibile a comprendere il nostro stentato inglese. Si mangia benino ma non tutto è stato di nostro gusto. Buone le bruschette è l’ agnello al forno, ma il polipo alla piastra non era fresco ed il piatto di pappardelle , pomodori e pollo al forno era a nostro parere troppo pasticciato. Tre coperti, una birra , un’acqua naturale per 70€, prezzo onestissimo considerando la bellezza del posto.

Descrivere questo luogo è difficile, credo che la miglior cosa siano le foto. Luogo fantastico appartato con panorami spettacolari. Appartamenti meravigliosi, curati mei minimi dettagli. Struttura piccolina con 13 appartamenti a gestione familiare, con un servizio super sotto tutti gli aspetti. Altamente consigliato per chi vuole fare una vacanza perfetta

Eine kleine, aber sehr exquisite Anlage, die als Familienbetrieb geführt wird. Man spürt die Liebe zum Detail und das Essen beim Frühstück und Restaurant ist wirklich auf einem hohen Niveau. Alle sind sehr hilfsbereit und es wird sich um jedes Anliegen gekümmert. Wir waren mit unserer 2 jährigen Tochter dort und dafür ist es wirklich perfet geeignet. Unser Zimmer war quasi direkt am Strand/Pool und wir konnten so den Tag entspannt gestalten und jederzeit zur Mittagsruhe aufs Zimmer gehen. IN der Nähe ist ein kleiner Supermarkt (5 Minuten zu Fuß), der alle notwendigen Lebensmittel auch für Selbstversorger führt. Es war auch porblemlos vor Ort einen Mietwagen zu buchen. Es finden sich einige Tavernen in Gehweite. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet, das Badezimmer neu und modern. Wir können nichts negatives berichten.. Wir hatten einfach einen wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub.

Prachtige vakantie gehad in Zakyntos. We voelde ons echt zeer welkom in het prachtige complex. Vriendelijk personeel die alles deed om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Lekker eten en goede wijn. Wat wil een mens nog meer? Een huurauto is echter wel een must, want het ligt toch wel 10 minuten rijden van Tsilivi.

Dit is een waar paradijs! Wij waren er 11 dagen met ons drie jarige zoontje. Overdag genoten van het mooie zwembad en de zee. Alles heel netjes en verzorgd! Het huisje is ook heel fijn en dichtbij het restaurant, waardoor wij met de babyfoon elke avond samen konden genieten van de heerlijke keuken. Koken kunnen ze!! Voor boodschappen kan je op loop afstand wat basis producten kopen in een klein supermarktje. 5 minuten rijden verder is een supermarkt met meer keus. Het personeel werkt heel hard en is super vriendelijk! Je kan ook eten en drinken to go bestellen, waardoor je bij je huisje, bij het zwembad/zee of onderweg iets lekkers hebt. Wij komen zeker eens terug!! Nooit eerder een resort gehad dat zo compleet is.

Our seventh stay. We have been at this family run hotel right from the beginning. It has continuously developed. Beautiful houses and flats build in the historic Greek/Venetian style. All with breathtaking views on the Ionian Sea. You can cater yourselves with a well equipped kitchen in the houses or just use them as a hotel room since they are cleaned every day. There’s access to a private beach and the mild, clear water with water temperatures around 27 *C. In the afternoon a delightful northern breeze makes the lovely outside dining area with the exquisite food a perfect place to stay. But what always was most important for us was the friendliness of the Rigas family. Their warm, welcoming attitude and the relentless efforts to solve problems for their guests. Very nice hotel! The rooms were clean, the food was good, the views were nice (sunrise and sunset were both visible over the ocean from the hotel which was very beautiful!) and all the staff were very friendly! We got a lot of help from Myrto with recommendations for fun activities we wanted to do on our holiday, but honestly everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time, definitely would recommend this place!
