cela fait plusieurs fois que l’on va dans cet hôtel.
Tout est correct seul bémol, le pommeau de douche qui est fixe pas génial.
le petit déjeuner en buffet est vraiment très copieux et bien garni.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Hotel carino e comodo un personale eccellente e gentile ha 2 problemi il primo che la camera è piccola e le stanze sono posizionate male il secondo è che la colazione è buona ma dovrebbe essere ricaricato il cibo al buffet ma il cibo comunque era buono

Nous avons réservé cet hotel en entreprise pour un déplacement pro. 170€ la chambre, la télévision ne fonctionne pas, aucune possibilité de changer de chambre et aucune solution apportée : réponse de la direction quant à une demande commerciale: "La télévision est un service gratuit que l’hôtel propose, il n’est donc pas soumis à un remboursement."
Ceci n'est pas digne d'un hotel de ce standing... Nous réservons pour nos collaborateurs un grand nombre de nuitées par an et cette réponse est inacceptable pour nous.
S'il manquait un lit vous auriez répondu que ceci est un service gratuit et que cela fait également parti du prix..?
De surcroit, le ménage n'était clairement pas terrible et une forte odeur de javel/chlore ultra désagréable en chambre... Des places de parking en sous terrain trop petite si vous avez un SUV de taille conséquente...

Lijkt niet op een hotel. Ingang eigenlijk aan de achterzijde t.o.v de hoofdstrazt. Bij aankomst opzij parkeermogelijkheden. Wat een leuke ontvangst, supervriendelijk personeel, ook s’anderendaags. Auto ondergronds parkeren met ‘kaartsleutel’. Gratis met het openbaar vervoer naar Luxemburg Stad eerst met lijn 194 (bushalte Hondsbreck) tot gare Rocade en dan over de treinrails in de bovengrondse voetgangerstunnel naar perron 9 en vervolgens ondergronds naar de voorzijde van het station stappen. Daar bevindt zich de tram T1 ( bovengrondse metro) . Uitstappen na 3 de stop = centum / winkelzone. Frisse hedendaagse kamer met wit als hoofdkleur, aparte badkamer met designtouch. Regendouche. 2 hoofdkussens per persoon. Ontbijt: voor ons alles aanwezig, dus prima!

Zeer goed hotel. Ruime kamer, alles goed onderhouden en brandschoon. Uitstekend bed, regendouche, koelkastje, balkon, airco. Iedere dag serieuze schoonmaak van de kamer. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Bij het ontbijt misten we niets. Gratis bus voor de deur, in 20 minuten in centrum Luxemburg-stad. Gratis parkeerplek in parkeerkelder. 2 langzame gratis laders voor je elektrische auto. Op straat 2 reguliere 22 KW laders. Prima plek dus!

Reasonable hotel, but ... 1) Very noisy. 2) Overpriced. 3) Very tiny and hard to manipulate carpark (typical European carpark). 4) Air conditioning did not work in our room. 5) Breakfast is reasonable, but the hot offerings were cold.
