Such a great experience. Easy check in. Friendly agent who actually visited with me and helped me choose a dinner spot. Room was spotless. Bed soft and cozy. Best nights sleep in a bit. AC worked great and blackout curtains were effective. A little road noise - it is in I40 so expected- but not bad at all Breakfast was good too. Eggs especially. Even had Splenda and half n half. Highly recommended

We realize that breakfast is complimentary but that's one thing we consider when picking a hotel. We arrived for breakfast at 8 something on a sunday morning, and there was hardly anything left to eat. There was a scoop of eggs, about 10 sausages enough batter for 2 waffles and no syrup.Ran out of apple juice. We looked around for someone to ask but couldn't find anyone. We've stayed at this hotel before and not had a complaint so not sure if you've had a change in staff or if something else is the issue.

Although this La Quinta is listed as a three star hotel, it deserves a four star rating. The room and all public spaces were extremely clean. The rooms are well appointed with good lighting at the bed. The bathrooms have excellent showers and hot water.

We have been staying here every time we’re in Amarillo, for the past five years. Every stay is very comfortable, the place is very clean, and they love our dogs!
