It was all around great

Walked into room 149 at 1 am only to smell the fragrance of stale smoke . Would have asked to move rooms but the nice young man at the desk had made it clear when we checked in that we had the last room. I think the lady ahead of us had opted out of the room we got and switched to their last available room. One of the comforters had a cigarette burn in it. It was an adjoining room, but the door didn't lock which made me a bit nervous. The bathroom had issues. The walls were peeling, and an animal obviously been locked in the bathroom at some point because there were scratch marks digging into the wall and the door.. The sink leaked from the hot water handle across the counter and onto the floor which I discovered after washing my face as it soaked my socks. Road noise was a huge issue for me as it is right next to I-40 with little isulation. I am a light sleeper, so that was an issue for me. Fortunately the bed was comfortable. Seemed to be a safe location. There was a large crack under the entrance door, so spiders, lizards, and small scorpions could get under it easily. Weather *****ping would have solved that problem. Also, there was supposed to be a refrigerator, but there was only a microwave. Only giving it one star because the room was clean and the bed was comfortable even though it smelled of stale smoke. Staff was friendly.

I realize the old adage of " You get what you pay for" is absolutely true. The price was great. The cleanliness and condition were beyond poor. They would be better off removing the old soiled couch in the room and have a small table/chairs as the sofa was disgusting and stained. The "breakfast buffet" is not a breakfast at all. Even the orange juice was a mix between diluted and fermented. These re a few yogurts, a waffle machine and coffee, oj or milk (two choices of cereal - that makes up the entire "breakfast buffet".

The check-in clerk was the nicest attribute to this stay. If I could post my pictures you’d see GROSS from entry to exit. The fridge has multiple science projects growing, the room stinks, the insulation is nonexistent-highway sounds like it’s just outside the door, no disposal can, empty Kleenex box, dried loogies in the sink, there’s more hair in the shower drain than on my head, the bed sheets most definitely were not changed - sparing you the evidence… you just can’t make this stuff up!!

The sheet got stain on the top. And the pillow even had a long hair lied on it! It was unbelievable dirty! The light are low. And the nearby area looks dirty and unsafe. I would never stay in this chain-store again!

Horrible, would NOT stay here. This hotel should be taken off the market and closed There was smoke and pot smell in the room TV didn't work Smoke detector was not working, asked for a new battery, it just buzzed DO NOT STAY HERE. We left and chose another hotel down the road.

Room was dirty, there was cooked rice on the carpet by the entrance of the room, there was no toilet paper in the room. The bed covers were also dirty. I requested for extra blankets and TP at the front office, but they told me that the housekeeping personnel were done for the day and I had to wait until 7 AM next day.

Room was dirty. Yellow in tub with holes around faucet. Pillow stains. Very dirty. Wouldn’t stay here again.
