Mildew in the shower. Plates, dishes and glasses in the room were dirty even though there is a dishwasher in the room. Not much of a selection on the cable TV. And the place looks a little run down. Not what we expected from a Candlewoods Suite. Disappointing is the word.

I was happy with this place the minute I pulled off of the Interstate. It was easy to get to but off of the Interstate so it was quiet and clean. The receptionist was very friendly and courteous and made sure all of my questions were answered right down to the question about the Pet Area. They all were always attentive and smiling when we walked through the lobby. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The only complaint I have was the WiFi didn't seem fast enough to run the games on the Tablet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the HVAC was quiet and kept the room comfortable. Shopping and restaurants were nearby, some within walking distance. We will be staying here again.

It’s a nice hotel. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The room had a few things that could be improved. For example, the hook behind the bathroom door was broken, the tub had some rust on the outside, and the closet door had a gash on the wood and paint. Overall it’s nice but those few things that are overlooked add up and can make the room not so desirable.

It was decently dirty throughout. And the shower was disgusting. Also, apparently Ronald McDonald and Cookie monster do the plumbing because the shower barely drains. I love showering with 8" of water around my ankles.
