This is a very well run hotel with a staff that is motivated to achieve excellent customer service. Blake at the front desk was especially helpful in several ways. The breakfast was ready at 6:00 am with the usual items plus apples, oranges and bananas. Well run as it is, the concept may not be ideal for everyone. It is designed for young singles. The rooms are tiny and only have one chair. So, if you are a couple, someone has to stand or sit on the bed. The cloths hangers are over seven feet up so no one my height (5'10") can reach them to hang up their clothes. There is no coffee maker in the room though coffee and tea is available in the lobby. The frig has no freezer for blue ice and is tiny, barely enough room for a few beers, a bottle of wine. and a few snacks. Blake was able to put my blue ice in the kitchen freezer for me. All of the furniture and counter tops are half size, so there isn't a ton of room for belongings. The bathroom is adequate with a nice walk-in shower although the shower head is at least seven feet high, way out of my reach. Though most of the channels for live TV are not operable, they did have CNN as well as NBC and a few other news channels as well as ESPN but the TV guide is slower than slow. On the good side, there is no carpet and the room was very clean. For the difference in cost, I'd go to a Hampton or Best Western.
