Great stay very clean breakfast was above average than other hotels. Customer service was fair. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This property is badly in need of a renovation. Not being maintained at all. Uncomfortable bed. Tiny bathroom with no amenities.
Assigned to a room @ check-in and put our things in the room and went to dinner. Rec'd call before we made it to restaurant and were told we had been put in the wrong room. were told needed to move our things to a room across the hall. Have never had this experience before.
Front desk clerk ended up comping the room.

Overall ok, just a bit dated. The breakgast left a lot to be desired. You basically had to ask for a slice of bread since there were only 2 out. Everything seemed very sp****.

We checked in around 1am after driving from Colorado. Night staff person was very friendly, helpful and accommodating, check in was quick and we were in our room and asleep in no time. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

Property is close to Cardiology Center of Amarillo and most medical. Older and experienced staff is very responsive. Favorite spot and highly recommended for overnight stays for VA appointments.

What I didn’t like about staying here was..The drainage in the bathtub wasn’t working..Hair build up inside it..My husband is not a maintenance there but he got down on his knees to clean it out..PLEASE clean all bathtubs!
