Hilton Garden Inn Amarillo

Couldn't reach toilet paper from stool. Towels poorly located. Bathroom door will not fully close without hitting stool. Extremely low toliet.

Great pool and Peloton bike. Super bar

I booked 2 rooms through Hilton Honors app and paid for the rooms when I booked them. At check in the clerk who was very unfriendly said she needed my card. I was charged $50 per room. When I asked what it was for she simply said “incidentals”. My room had a door that was easily opened WITHOUT THE KEY! There was a dried up puddle of coffee under the bathroom sink. No coffee in the room. The kitchen staff was unfriendly and made it obvious they didn’t like waiting on us and then charged $10.95 per person to my room. The lobby had peeling paint and was obvious it isn’t well maintained. I won’t be staying there again. There is a motel down the street from there called The Sleep Inn that is far better than this hilton and cheaper too.

Room was not ready when we arrived for check in

Called the hotel 4 times and left two voice mails to cancel my reservation. Nobody ever answered or returned my calls. This is the fifth bad experience at this hotel that I stay at every month. I will never stay there again. They just don’t care about customer service.

I don't appreciate that money is no longer being accepted even for small purchases. If all business do this they will force us out of our rights. So though nice place to stay I won't again.

My wife and I had a good stay here. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. HV/AC functioned well. Parking was readily available. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an extra charge but it was very good. Our only negative was that our door latch did not function properly. It was difficult to both lock and unlock.
