Just felt cheap. Check-in staff appeared under the influence. Breakfast was unappealing.

Hotel itself was great, clean, comfortable but we had issues at check in. I used my hotels rewards so the room was free & already taken care of, but they were trying to charge me anyways. Had to wait over an hour for them to figure it out. This has never happened before & was frustrating. They did finally figure it out thankfully

This was our first stay @ Home2 Suites in Amarillo and it will not be our last. We visit family frequently. Cassi welcomed us as we checked in and greeted us every time we saw her during our stay. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed...just like home.

We came to town and instead of booking an Airbnb my wife called a few hotels looking for adjoining rooms. After a couple of less than helpful reservation hosts at other hotels ...."Cassi" was very attentive and accommodating. She helped with adjoining rooms and went out of her way to give our granddaughters some chocolate milk which made their day. Small gesture big impact.
