Excellent room service, nice ambiance, food is mouthwatering, good bathroom amenities, fast check in- check out, Barista coffee shop is inside resort so late night food n coffee is available

Basic amenities not kept in room and toiletries were not complete even hotel staff did not served well for room service and food orders

If u are going to nah-an then stay on top as from this location nah-an is 17 km and the outside location of the resort is too bad and yes food was very good

Being an extensive traveler and blogger, i get to stay at different hotels world over and have seen almost all good hotels in himachal. I must say this is the best resort in himachal, nice renovated rooms, multiple food options, barista coffee, bar, big gardens with panoramic view. Staff greeted nicely upon arrival with beautiful mocktail, they offered discount on my food as well, that too without being asked for. General ***ager (mr. Anand singh) came to meet us at the time of dinner, a thorough gentle*** with excellent knowledge/ history of nah-an and himachal too. Worth a single penny spent here. True value for money. A must visit resort!

Rooms are neat n clean. But room service was worst. Nobody responds. If you complain on reception, they will say that they had conveyed the message to room service. And you will feel like hanged between both ends. You have to call for several times for a single roti during dinner and u still are not sure u get it or not and all this happens between 9:45 pm to 10:45 pm. Terrible experience.
