Personal sumamente amable. Cuidado impecable de las habitaciones, pasillo y zonas comunes del hotel. Muy centrico, ubicado en plena gran via, entre la plaza del Callao y la Plaza España. Por descuido deje mi agenda personal en la habitacion al marcharme, pero al retornar a madrid la tenian a la mano para devolvermela.

Buen servicio, buena localización. Las instalaciones necesitan alguna actualización, por lo demás, muy recomendable. Desayunos y cenas razonables. Limpieza y atenciones, estupendas. Por poner un pero, la climatización necesita mejoras.

El hotel está viejo, no muy bien mantenido, se nota que los muebles no han sido renovados en largo tiempo, al igual que el diseño. Destacó la amabilidad de la adminIstración para permitir cambio de fechas. El desayuno con poca variedad. La habitación para que da a la calle con un ruido terrible, a las 8 de la mañana ruido infernal, música desde la calle, un hotel de 4 estrellas debe tener insonorización.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en pleno casco central de Ambato, diagonal al parque Cevallos, el Parqueadero está a dos cuadras del hotel, cuentan con servicio de valet parking. Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas. Tienen gimnasio, Sauna, Turco, hidromasaje y Piscina cubierta con agua caliente. La zona del Gimnasio estuvo desatendida, no había nadie que de indicaciones, el primer día el turco y el sauna estuvieron funcionando a medias, el segundo día el sauna estuvo apagado. El hidromasaje en nuestro segundo día estuvo con el agua sucia, emitía mal olor y estaba turbia, deberían preocup**** en cambiar regularmente el agua. La atención en recepción fue muy amable, aunque el teléfono de nuestra habitación no funcionó, tuvimos que bajar a recepción para solicitar almohadas extra, y teníamos que solicitar nuestro vehículo directamente en recepción, sin poder solicitar desde la habitación. El desayuno es bufet aunque no tiene tantas opciones, ofrecen bebidas calientes, fruta, bebidas frías, embutidos, quesos, pan, huevos, cereales y una opción de comida con arroz. En general nuestra experiencia fue buena, y regresaríamos a este hotel.

El hotel muy bonito y limpio, de igual manera las habitaciones. Me gusto mucho los atentos que fueron a mi llegada, con la ayuda para parquear el auto y cuando lo dejaba con el valet y de igual manera cuando lo recibía.

This was a good hotel. It was clean, and the service was good. We were only disappointed at the Front Desk person who took care of us when we arrived, this lady was not very nice. But everyone else was polite and helpful.

Excellet say, great location near to everything , free vallet parking, awsome breakfast, nice warm pool, I recommend this hotel and will stay agian next time in ambato.

Personal de recepción arrogante, que no les importa nada de las solicitudes de los usuarios y huéspedes. Hotel caro, con las instalaciones de Spa PÉSIMAS, sucias, no funcionan pero si cobran muy bien!! NUNCA REGRESAREMOS ALLÍ NI RECOMENDAMOS A NADIE! Una vergüenza para la calidez de los ambateños pues el personal trata muy descortés a la gente. Alerta!
