So far you live on the building, unfortunately. Because of the construction in the bathroom, there are a lot of raids and divorces. But! There's a tacoooooo look! And we've been very nicely decorated with the room for our honeymoon. Very good breakfast! Generally recommend!)

Based around the types of accomadation in Ella this small 4 roomed boutique hotel offered a fabulous view and excellent attentive service . A special call out to the manager for all his support and help with tips and trips. On this he recommended a tuk tuk driver to help organise your sightseeing who we wholly recommend who is professional and reasonably priced. Given the terrain it is too far to walk to the centre, easily accessible via tuk tuk. Food is amazing and would recommend the chicken stew.

Overpriced! 1. No air conditioning, the room is very humid, the bed is cold and wet 2. Integrity hotel construction knocks at the door of the room early in the morning 3. The room is very not soundproof. The hotel and the scenic spot share the road from reception to the room. There is also a traffic jam. Various tuk tuk passing outside the room. It is the horn and the engine roar. Very noisy. 4. No service at all except check-in and check-out

Was able to change around the menu based on our preferences and food allergies. Staff are absolutely wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Let the staff know if you have any issues, they will endeavour to provide the best experience for you. Book these rooms! We had the view of the mini Adams peak and the Ella rock (with the gap inbetween) phenomenal to wake up to and see the sunrise. We are walking distance to the train station, and the main strip of shops with restaurants, sim card shops, tourist buys. Tuks (like open taxis) are easy to find. It was raining during the our stay, but the hotel was so lovely that we didn't mind staying in at all. Staff gave us all umbrellas when we did want to walk outside. A true paradise! The experience in this delightful guest house was fantastic. Arriving after a long journey on the fantastic train that crosses the Hills we were welcomed by Dhana's dad (unforgettable manager) with a magnificent tea on the terrace, with delicacies prepared with grace and care with a breathtaking view and Ella Rock.Dhana is an exceptional manager. from the moment of booking, he was very kind in handling every detail...Dhana is also an expert guide capable of organising tours of all kinds. what about the Paraiso? room with a breathtaking view, terrace to fill your eyes with greenery and be caressed by the sweet air of Ella.The breakfast was sensational, carefully prepared by Dhana's delicious wife. We have stayed in a family room for one night on a busy long weekend & wished we could stay longer there. With the narrow approach road & parking, which is common to the Ella area, we had doubts , but the owner Mr Manjula & his staff were attentive & had solutions to the comfort of every guest with no hazzle. Food was very tasty & served on time & though the place was full we were welcome any time with good sevice even at short notice. Room with Beddings & Bath were clean & nice and had enough space. View from the room balcony of Ella rock was pleasing & with greenery around, the birds were a plenty with their songs. Though it was a short stay, with their little input from staff we could use the time well & visited the surrounding attractions & it was time well spent. All in all we really enjoyed our stay & so a big Thank you to Rock side Inn.
