Always a wonderful experience. Staff is so helpful and friendly. This was my 4th time staying at Bella Vista and I'd definitely choose it again for my stay on San Pedro.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful before and during our stay. Property was well maintained. Restaurant food was delicious. Accommodated an extension of our original reservation. The pool was clean and refreshing. Utilized kayaks to venture out to the reef. A beach front walking path right in front of the property allowed for relaxing morning walks.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The resort is located on the waterfront (ocean side). They offer many services (for a fee) such as rides into town. The restaurant is quite good, and there is a trail by the shoreline so you can walk to restaurants at other resorts. Our room had ocean/pool view and AC. You would not call it luxury. The other downside - few of the beaches in San Pedro are swimmable.

It was an amazing get away and a fast response from staff if You had any questions, only thing That I didn’t like was the key on entering the room, it’s some big screwdriver you have to put inside the door in order to go inside it was a little complicated when I came back drunk, i don’t know why they don’t upgrade with the key card and not a long screwdriver key that’s 14 inches

I stayed at Bella Vista for 5 nights over New Year, and it was honestly such a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, Mike and his incredible team made me feel so welcome nothing was ever too much trouble, and their attention to detail was exceptional. The setting is beautiful, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The service really stood out; everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure guests were happy. A special mention has to go to Aji Restaurant — absolutely delicious! I fully intended to try lots of different dishes, but I kept going back to the tapas because they were that good. Sometimes boring is best when it’s done perfectly! If you’re looking for a place with amazing hospitality, great food, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend staying here. I would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to Mike and the whole team for such a memorable stay! 🌴✨

We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista Resort in San Pedro. The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and well cared for throughout our visit. We stayed in the Tarpon Room, which was even cuter in person—with just the right touch of Belizean charm. The space was perfect, with a cozy living room, a small kitchen area, and a patio to enjoy the breeze. The pool is in a perfect spot with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was so relaxing to float in the pool while looking out at the water, and they have cute lounge chairs right by the shore to sit back and enjoy the sea breeze. It was about a 15-minute golf cart ride into town, which made it easy to explore while still enjoying a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We’d absolutely recommend Bella Vista Resort and would love to stay again!

From the moment we were greeted at the ferry terminal until the time we left the resort, the people at Pur Bella Vista treated us like we were the only ones there. It's very hard to give Great service while at the same time giving people enough space to really enjoy their surroundings and to relax and enjoy themselves while on vacation We stayed in the Sea Turtle suite. A lovely one bedroom, one bath with a sitting area and kitchenette overlooking the pool. We always like to split our time between whatever resort we are at and the local area. The nights we were at the resort the live entertainment they had was very good. Every night we were there a couple or a group was in the special dining area, celebrating a birthday or an anniversary. The resort is closed on Tuesdays so we went to the sister resort Pur adults only. With a swim up bar at the small pool. It was the perfect afternoon. So I'm a happy camper and I look forward to our next visit. The perfect ending was when our driver dropped us off at the terminal and he said I won't say goodbye, but I will tell you see you again.

Very small place. Only about 6 rooms. Very friendly staff. Nice restaurant. Rooms are ok. Very quiet. If you want a piece full place to stay, this is it.
