This two level (2nd & 3rd floors) 1750 square foot condo 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is in a 13 unit beachfront complex just south of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. Condo A6 has two covered balconies overlooking the pool & the beach with a fabulous view of the Belize Barrier Reef! Enter the condo through the handmade stained glass door to find a bedroom to your right with a queen bed. Continue down the hall past the full bath and you’ll enter the living/dining area with queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is on your right and has lovely granite countertops and backsplash, among other new features. Straight ahead is the living/dining area and then veranda with a fabulous view of the pool and the sea. Upstairs you’ll find a full bath and two more bedrooms: -a large master bedroom with king bed, sitting area, and private veranda overlooking the pool and the sea. –a bedroom with twin beds (which can be made into a king on request). This condo can sleep up to eight guests.
