Not sure if he was the general manager or head of the reception was not accommodating at all like he did not want guests there despite a receptionist was willing to assist

Amazing lodge, in the middle of the savanna. Food, staff, rooms, everything great and clean. Highly recommended! We have stayed only 2 nights which is not enough. Surrounded by monkeys, and seen hippo's while having breakfast. Cool!!!!!

We enjoyed spending 2 nights here whilst visiting Amboseli. The lodge is right inside the national park and provided an excellent base for safari The lodge and surrounding areas are beautiful. It is very peaceful and have lovely gardens to sit in. The rooms were nice but could have done with a mini fridge and aircon as it does get quite warm even with a ceiling fan The staff were very friendly and the food was good at meal times.

One of the best experiences in a hotel I have ever had in my life! The scenery was amazing and the service and rooms where simply immaculate. The environment an aura was the sell point for me. Once during breakfast saw and elephant pass us! The surrounding park was amazing whether you like wildlife or not and after a hot day in the safari we sat down for a jolly swim. The food is quite amazing and the experience all in all was absolutely mesmerizing absolutely have no complaints about this hotel! It has the perfect savannah experience! SIMPLY MUST GO!

Of the 3 lodges in which we slept, this was certainly the most anonymous but this did not mean it was not appreciated, more! It is full of monkeys and sleeping inside the park a few meters from the animals and hearing their noises is a unique experience.

Pro. - an overwhelming location with different public and private areas - well maintained garden area like in the botanic garden - nice wall paintings and good view of the nature - well cooked food with bunches of choices - friendly service from all lodge service teams

Very good safari hotel in the heart of Amboseli which was an amazing national park. I wish I could have stayed longer within the park. As per all the hotels I stayed in in Kenya the breakfast omelette was fantastic but unfortunately the evening food wasn’t as good as the other hotel I stayed in.
