Un Hotel di classe in un contesto privilegiato con una stupenda e impagabile vista sul Golfo dei Poeti Siamo stati accolti in maniera impeccabile da tutto lo Staff che si è dimostrato professionale, simpatico, competente e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Un grazie in particolare alla Direttrice Laura e a tutte le splendide ragazze che si sono prodigate in ogni modo per renderci un soggiorno indimenticabile.

Fantastic view from the location which is very isolated. You need a car which you can park on the private parking. You will be picked up with a small electric car. Room is not worth 5 star qualification. Restaurant area, which was recently renewed, is beautiful and a big plus. Great breakfast and diner options at the hotel. Service in the restaurant was friendly and professional. Swimming pool also ok. Hospitality and service is nice, although the start, one week before we arrived (!) was far from showing respect for your clientele. They asked us upfront paying otherwise they were canceling the reservation + charging the full fee of the rooms for not showing up (we made a guaranteed booking through **********). I made several calls with ********** to please the owner of the hotel…. Please remember that clients are free to choose! It was like entering a prison due to this experience ‘on distance’! Never had this experience, as frequent traveler, before.

Meraviglioso. Montemarcello....ospita questo stupendo hotel a 5 stelle. Abbiamo pernottato nella suite vista mare, con vista sul Golfo dei Poeti, meraviglia. Internamente i servizi sono di livello, piscina, jacuzzi, ecc... Il ristorante anch'esso di altissimo livello ci ha donato diversi pasti e poesia. In generale si gode di una vista strepitosa, mare, golfo, montagne. Consigliatissimo

An amazing gem in Montemarcello that became one of our favorite stops on our journey. Stunning views, amazing cuisine, superb service and spa! Saunas, pools, jacuzzi and massages. I would go back in a minute.

Ottima location con vista da togliere il fiato ! Camera spaziosa ,ottimo servizio in camera ciabattine e infradito apprezzatissimo l 'omaggio della borsa personalizzata . Apericena golden hour 50€ a testa un po' a mio parere !

Qualche sera fa ho partecipato alla Golden Hour. E’ stata una serata magnifica! La cena di pesce era squisita: c’erano vari antipasti a buffet e poi un primo, un secondo e un dessert serviti. Da bere vini a scelta. La location è incantevole con vista mozzafiato sul golfo di La Spezia e sulle sue isole. Da ripetere!

Il Relais è situato in una posizione bellissima, offrendo una vista magnifica sul Golfo di La Spezia, soprattutto al tramonto! Ogni dettaglio, dalla camere alla squisita cucina, sono estremamente curate. Il personale era sempre disponibile, cortese e professionale, rendendo il nostro soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. La colazione è abbondante e variegata, con un'ampia gamma di opzioni dolci e salate "home made". Il ristorante è veramente il massimo: una cucina ricercata e ingredienti freschissimi. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque desideri un soggiorno lussuoso ed esclusivo di scegliere questo hotel. Non vedo l'ora di ritornarci!
