Great hotel and I enjoyed the stay . Staff was very polite and profession . Overall great experience . I would love to stay again in future . The location is also great as you have a great scenery to view . One can also experience the local food within the property

It was birthday of my daughter and of my wife. They treated us like family and made our day so special. Decorated our room and gifted so ***y articles. I specially mentioning Ms. Chandrakala Negi who took care of all things during our stay. Rooms are good…food was awesome and best part is rooftop pool. We recommend this property for stay.

Starting from the arrival Pranay , Rameshwar door *** Harish and har phool at concierge Chandrakala and Priyanshi , took care of our check in , F&B team Shashi , Padmini , Pallavi, and Namit all took good care of our Breakfast and dinner and made sure Children’s were super happy Nice welcome amenities placed by in room dining team of Chinmay , Kartik, Amit and Tapesh Hk team lead by Rambharan and Hanu*** added small touches during evening turn down services Lovely Team , Excellent Hotel and every corner has a vibrant and Positive vibes Attention Note: I would like to Mention about the leader of the hotel who was Always there when ever we need anything small or big. When we check in first we met him at the lobby and he welcome us with great warm ness. Then When we was coming for the breakfast we meet him at the Restaurant and he make sure everything was smooth for each one of us. When we was for at evening Taj Amer excellent concept of meeting Jaipur elegance at Taj service He was present there with his vibrant team to assist all in house guest. When came for dinner we met him and he was very helpful in everything my kids was so happy to him. Such a wonderful and true gem of person. Nice, pretty modern hotel. Young and friendly staff. Good rooms. Food was excellent, Great breakfast. Sashi is so helpful ensuring dining experience is in high quality Rooms was spacious and clean. Specially Tej duty ***ager and Geeta .At the time of check out Pranay was so good. Rambaran ,Ganesh , Krishan in HK help us a lot. To ensure a comfortable stay Will try to come again soon.

Excellent facility and service. All staff are very good and familiar especially Kupu, who make us visit the whole hotel and clicked our pictures and Harish Kumar who helped us from checking in to check out, he is very good guy. The rooms are excellent and the hall is centre of attraction, breakfast at shamiyana is soo delicious

Our stay at Taj Amer was memorable. We had very Friendly and Polite service from the Staff. Miss Priyanshi ( Guest Relationship ***ager ) was always there to assist our requests. Impressed by the personal touch extended. The hotel is situated half an hour from the city but the view and journey was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great facility and hospitality and HARISH the person who helped us from the starting till check out he is so friendly. The room are so spacious and the main attraction which i found is the lobby it is just wow. Must visit place if you are planning a trip

It's my second visit to hotel all things were up to the mark and nicely ***aged by their respective staff. The whole staff were very well trained how to treat guests with sweet smiles, and they don't know word no, which is very important in today's competent hospitality culture. My special thanks to Mr shantu sir operation head, shashi sir f&b , jeli mam house keeping and priyanshi mam at the front desk. My sincere thanks to Chef Ram for cooking special food for us as he always does. I thank whole staff I forgot some names all helped us to make our trip memorable.
