Three items. First, it was noisy. I could hear people laughing and shouting most of the night in the hall way. Second, I thought I zip down for quick breakfast from a buffet, but was told I would have to place an order with a waiter. I sat for 15 minutes and no one came. I asked the manager if I could just get a bagel or something quick. He looked and agreed the waiter was missing and so provided me the bagel. Third (and most important to ******* users), the front desk seemed to take great joy in telling me they would no provide me a receipt since I booked via *******. They said if I wanted a receipt, I should have booked with them directly. He was smiling as he said it.
