Our experience at this property was outstanding. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean :) I did give a 4 star on property condition because the hot tub was out of service. I understand this was out of their control but was really looking forward to soaking in hot tub this weekend. Other than that everything was great

Well I got a room here and planned on using the hot tub. It was closed and I was never notified of any issues at booking or check in. I even asked how late the pool and hot tub was open. Lots of other hotels in the area to choose from. Probably not here again. The air vents near the ceiling were very dirty. Just thought of the fuzz blowing down all night while sleeping 😞

The front desk person was friendly and helpful. The room was not very clean but the biggest negative was the unknown critter in my room. I am assuming it was a mouse or rat. They gave me a new room but I kept hearing noises all night long so I left all the lights on and didn't get much sleep.

The room was fine but we found Room 107 on the first floor had a window with a broken lock and the door deadbolt didn’t work because the kickplate was off. We told the front desk as we left. I think the front desk clerk wrote down what I told her but not sure.
We also booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool but it was closed. Disappointing.
