The front desk person who checked us in was not very friendly,did not give us any information about the hotel.We stayed three nights and no room service whatsoever our trash was never emptied had to take our own trash to the dumpster never had fresh towels brought in . Only saving grace with this hotel was the complimentary breakfast very tasty and a lot of different choices and the staff there was very friendly and attentive.

My husband and I were very pleased with the room size and cleanliness of the room and the hotel. The parking was close and easily accessed. It was very quiet and there were no annoying HVAC noises that can be annoying at night. Will definitely stay here again.

No glasses or plastic cups in rooms, only paper coffee cups, not good for wine or drinks. Otherwise very nice place to stay. Breakfast very good. Located near several very good restaurants. Ample parking, quiet rooms, nice indoor pool. We will stay here again. Look

For a “Plus” location, this property lacks… I had reported our coffee machine being visibly broken on day 2 of our stay and had no follow up whatsoever by day 4. The room had no clock, a ripped shower curtain and no towel hooks, no soap dish. The room was serviced only once and only after I made sure to ask during a 4 night stay and very sparsely… sheets never changed, nothing cleaned, garbage bags changed but overflowing garbage not removed… When this was brought up to the front desk at checkout I was almost called a liar and told our “do not disturb” sign was up all day (which it was not). On day 3 I left the sign on the “maid service please” side as we left for the day. The cleaning staff was still in the hallway moving around and still managed to skip our room completely… On a positive note, the (latina) lady in the breakfast room was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was great!

A recent stay at this Best Western yielded positive results. From great customer service at check in, to clean well maintained rooms to excellent variety and delicious breakfast options. I witnessed the breakfast attendant help a child with her hot chocolate top then delivered it to the table because it was hot!

Stayed there last night in room 158. Upon arrival in the room there was a musty smell - I can still smell it on the luggage in our car! There was long hair in the bathroom sink, no hot water l, grime between the tiles on the shower wall which I easily wiped off with a face cloth, dirty bathroom floor, and the tub would not drain so the like warm showers were had while standing in water yuk Breakfast was a typical breakfast with waffles, fruits, breads, yogurts etc and with cheap paper plates. Bad moldy smell in the hallways on the way to the breakfast I told the front desk upon check out about the filth and told her I had photos and she said “oh sorry ok thanks”. But wasn’t interested in seeing the photos I guess. No elevator to get to the rooms

Stayed on our way up to Maine and would for sure stay there again. We had a suite and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
