It’s a decent hotel close to Buffalo University north campus. Only wish they change the bathroom door design. The sliding door has a gap while closed, so you can see and hear 😓

酒店一樓正在裝修所以有點油漆味，但我住的房間已經裝修好了，很新，也是用的比較乾淨的木地板（而不是）地毯。床很舒服，連鎖酒店的床都是質量很高的。有室內室外兩個泳池，有會議中心，看得出來是規模比較大歷史比較久的一家酒店。位置離amherst很近，購物很方便。離機場近，但沒有airport shuttle。

酒店前往大瀑布車程半小時，房間中規中矩，設施稍顯老舊但衞生齊全，停車方便，整體不驚艷也不踩雷。

入住之後，一直有電鑽的聲音，諮詢酒店客服後説是上午8:00至下午6:00期間一直會有電鑽的聲音，要求換房做不到，退房也不行。我們12:00前入住的，衹能避到大堂休息一下，中間有去到房間好幾次，一直有電鑽的聲音，熬到了下午6:00，聲音停了才能進房間休息，然後第二天8:00電鑽準時又響了。這樣的客房應該是完全不滿足標準的，平台也沒有明確酒店有裝修狀況，品質存在問題的明確通告，侵犯了入住客人的正當權益，入住酒店沒能提供給客人良好的休息場所和充分的休息時間，反而受到了噪聲的強烈影響和嚴重干擾，影響了客人的身心健康予以投訴。環境：很差很差
