Buffalo Marriott Niagara

The hotel is located near the university, about a 30-minute drive from the great waterfall. I stayed on the second floor, and the hallway carpet looked incredibly dirty. I paid over 1700 yuan, and the experience was terrible. Definitely not worth the price.

The hotel's first floor is currently under renovation, so there's a slight paint smell. However, my room was already decorated and looked brand new, with clean wood floors instead of carpet. The bed was very comfortable, as is typical of chain hotel beds. With two indoor and outdoor pools and a conference center, it's clear this is a large, established hotel. It's located near Amherst, making shopping very convenient. It's also close to the airport, but there's no airport shuttle.

Standard hotel facilities, two 1.5-meter double beds, fine for three people. It's close to Walmart and a popular chicken wing shop (we skipped dinner due to long wait). It's about a 30-minute drive to Niagara Falls. They charged me twice upon check-in; I found out there was a problem, I'll add a review after they refund me.

The room was spacious, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. A great experience.

The hotel is a half-hour drive from the Great Falls. The rooms are average, the facilities are a bit old but fully sanitary, and parking is convenient. Overall, it's not amazing but not disappointing either.

After checking in, there was always the sound of an electric drill. After consulting the hotel customer service, they said that there was always the sound of an electric drill from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. They couldn't change rooms or check out. We checked in before 12:00, so we could only take a break in the lobby. We went to the room several times in the middle. There was always the sound of an electric drill. We waited until 6:00 pm, and the sound stopped before we could go into the room to rest. Then the electric drill started again on time at 8:00 the next day. Such guest rooms should not meet the standards at all. The platform did not clearly inform that the hotel had decoration conditions and quality problems, which violated the legitimate rights and interests of the guests. The hotel failed to provide guests with a good resting place and sufficient rest time. Instead, they were strongly affected and seriously disturbed by the noise, which affected the guests' physical and mental health and made complaints. Environment: Very poor, very poor
