The environment of this hotel is OK and the facilities are also very good. The only disadvantage is that the premium is very serious. The price is much different after staying for two days. But the overall stay felt good. Staff are also friendly

I have trouble walking and standing I prefer something on the first floor , close to the exit because my pet is usually with me, but even though I always ask for the first floor the last three times I was put on the second floor. Otherwise everything was good I wish they would get strawberry jelly lately there has only been grape for breakfast. I love the scrambled eggs.

Decent stay. Nothing outstanding. Pros - location (very close to interstate and convenient to downtown, airport, and the Falls/Canada. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great selection of TV channels, plenty of parking, windows in room could open, pleasant staff, price. Cons - breakfast. The egg product was not very good. And you really need to get hot chocolate for the non coffee drinkers. HVAC unir was noisy. Shower/tub dripped all evening. Desk char albeit comfortable has seen better days. Rooms smallish side (was ok for me as I wasn't in it much). Hallway need some touch up, check in was not the quickest, hallway had faint pot smell covered up with Glade.

I honestly liked the place! Breakfast was good had lots of options and they cleaned my room when I asked and were super nice any time I had any questions. Not sure why the rating was so low I would definitely stay there again.
