We stayed here with a group. Our meals were as a group in a conference room and the food was terrific. The staff very friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate us without any problems. The property had indoor and outdoor spaces for us to gather and talk. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great sleeping in a quiet area. Overall, a great place to stay!

Stayed at the Reikart last night. Hands down the worst night sleep I’ve had in a hotel and I have slept in a lot of hotels. The mattress was horrible and felt like sleeping in a bed of oa**eal. No support and incredibly soft. We both had horrible sleeps and woke up with sore backs. Hotel is fine but for a premium hotel the bed is not to standard. I slept a hotel as a place to get a good nights sleep, if you do as well, pick somewhere else.

Absolutely beautiful property. One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Service was great. Room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Great attention to detail. Loved it! Would highly recommend.

I always stay at Reikhart when in Buffalo. It is easy to get to, near Amherst and clean. The suite is the hest option as it is roomy and modern. Staff is friendly

Basic room, no floor map- no way of knowing the room I had was on the very far end of the property (even though I was told to “park out back..” The fridge was warm, the curtains didn’t close all the way- I was utterly disappointed for an AC property. I won’t be back.

I will definitely come back because it has eveythting you need at one place. Music, bar, and bedroom. You don’t have to leave the place to enjoy the area and I’d like to give my biggest gratitude for the staff who had fixed my door Their hospitality was on the spot and I will recommend this place to everyone.

From the moment we entered the hotel we knew it was going to be a great stay! What a beautiful lobby! We checked in pretty late…around 11pm and the gentleman who checked us in was so warm and welcoming. We are club members so we were upgraded to a beautiful room with a fireplace. The bathroom was beautiful…so clean. The beds were so comfortable. We were only there for one night but we didn’t want to leave.

Very clean and comfortable. we had to move because the roon next to us had been rented out to a family with many kids- can't understand how 4 kids and 2 parents could/sould stay in one room. suggest a maximum number.
