A beautiful, small, 3-story hotel. It's clean and, most importantly, has an excellent location opposite the main entrance to Makkah Mall. There's a large supermarket across from it, and it's close to the wonderful Makkah Street, meaning all services are right next to you. The staff are very cheerful and helpful, especially Mr. Hassan, who is a very respectable person and helped us a lot. The hotel deserves 4 stars. It also overlooks the Medical City and the famous mosque.

Room was clean but bed was semi firm. Room itself was quite large with a sitting area, bed and desk and refrigerator with a water kettle for coffee and tea. Bathroom was not the best - Toilet set was broken from the hinges so it was not set Mold could be seen in all corners of the bathroom Water leaked onto the floor from the sink and bidet We were given a basement floor room and when asked why they said the hotel was full - however the hotel appear to have only several guests The young lady at the breakfast area was upset and seemed unpleasant- first she was on a phone call and seemed quite upset then she stared at us while we sipped a cup of tea before heading out. It was ok for a 12 hour layover but the hotel has potential to be very good.
