WiFi is not so good

The hotel has good location if you need to travel at night or early morning. We didn't have a chanse to try their breakfast but for dinner you have to drive away from the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean, but cold. Receptionists English skill was not so good.

We booked a room at Qastal Zaman but had to leave approximately two hours after arrival due to unacceptable conditions. The room was wet, the indoor temperature was extremely low (around 4°C), and the only available climate control was the air-conditioning unit. Although the air-conditioning was switched on and left running for over an hour, it did not heat the room. There was no alternative heating system. We waited after arrival to allow the room to warm up, but the temperature never increased. The room was not pre-heated for guest arrival. Humidity levels were extremely high, with visible condensation and water dripping from the toilet walls. The room had no proper windows; the only opening was a metal-and-glass door, which offered no insulation from wind or cold. In addition, strong exterior lighting shone directly into the room through the glass, making it difficult to rest. There was also no food available on the property upon arrival, and no alternatives or assistance were offered in this regard. We immediately informed the staff of the situation. No alternative room, solution, or assistance was offered. We therefore had no option but to leave the property late at night and check into another hotel. At check-out, the staff only asked why we were leaving but did not apologise, offer an alternative, or propose any form of solution. The full payment for the booking was nevertheless collected, despite the extremely short stay and the conditions reported. This experience was disappointing and stressful, particularly given the basic expectation of a dry, adequately heated room, minimal amenities, and a reasonable level of customer support when serious issues are raised.

Excellent location , calm place , clean and amazing staff , the receptionist is very welcoming and kind

Room was frigid upon arrival. Staff was helpful. Without a shower curtain lots of water ended up on the bathroom floor. TV did not work. Luxury doesn't apply to this hotel but the price is right and it is close to the airport.

The room was ok , but it was cold and damp. I know they were recovering from recent flooding. The staff were helpful and friendly, trying their best to get us to a warm place. But the experience was more rustic than we expected.

The room at this place is clean and the front desk is friendly. Breakfast is great. A free water bottle has been provided. Good to have a microwave and small refrigerator in a room. Have stayed 5 nights. Drs . Syed & Emolyn Hussaini.

It is a motel more than a hotel. The room was very cold with small ac unite barley able to warm it, try to connected to the internet but i felt the staff try to help but they dont have the aknolowage, the hotel located in a farm which is very difficult to a car to reach it. I woke up at night and there is no water in the pipes. It was terrible experience to me and my wife.
