This hotel is beautiful. And the staff is wonderful. The breakfast is perfect. The ambiance is lovely and relaxing. However, I must say the management was very disappointing. When you pay such prices to stay in a 5 star hotel, you do not expect to have glass in your foot in the room. And accidents do happen and it was unfortunate, but the way management handled it was extremely disappointing. They decided to send me a fruit basket after that kind of inconvenience and mistake from their part. After I spoke up, they were so kind enough to give me 10,000 points, which do not even cover a sixth of a night at the Ritz Carlton. Very disappointing to say the least from a 5 star hotel. On top of the fact that the A/C was making loud noises in the first room, and then the second room was not cooling enough. And something I did not make them aware of, my hot water in the shower never got hot enough. So, not worth the money. If it was handled better, I would be a returning guest. But after such handling of the situation by Oday, I am sorry, not a place I would pay all that money for. I might go back with my points but will never spend a dinar there. Thanks Ritz Carlton for NOT the 5 star treatment.
