Not really a big room but excellent with small fridge and electric kettle to boil a hot water except no cupprovided. Very clean and down floor is a restaurant mamak that very crowded.

I don't have high expectations since it's cheap, but the blanket, bedsheet, pillow cover, etc. have stains. Cleanliness is the least thing you can offer to your guests.
