"Since few years back, this hotel still my 1st choice when travel in Ampang. They upgraded their decorations in the room but still need to look into bathroom area"

"It was a great experience staying here. At first, my room had a small issue with the air conditioning. The issue has been solved promptly. The view was spectacular. Surely, will come back again Only one area for improvement, breakfast served too decent and limited."

"A convenient stay as it is just located above Mamak Pelita restaurant. Easy to fill you stomach. Nearby also got many foods according to your taste, example nandos, shawarma, sushi king, CU mart, Family Mart, Secret Recipe and many more in the ampang point shopping mall. The hotel is located just opposite ampang point shopping centre. Usually the hotel provide elevator but during my current visit, the elevator broke down and I had to climb 3 storey to my room alongside my luggage 🥲"

"Great choice for single traveller. Room is comfortable, not very squeezy. TV channels are limited to 5. Aircon working good. Toilet is spacious and clean. Bed and pillows are clean and nice. Location is fantastic. Overall great experience!"

"Booking twin room but we've been told that the room was fully booked when arrived. Get a family room which is good to have that room for 2 nights with same amount as we paid before. But, the cleanness needs to be improved since the odd smell from toilet a bit disturbing. We are disturbed by late night chit chat from the corridor by the staff or others guests which is too loud. Overall, for short stay can be considered."

"I really like the friendly frontdesk staff lady. I love that theres a cat just sit at the loby couch 🥰. Its a really big room for single room. Got hot water n hair dryer, body soap n shampoo n electric kettle. No cofee, tea toothbrush or shower cap. The tv is okay got general chanel. But suprisingly got iron n ironboard with a really big wardrobe. Overall i like my stay there. Just the frontdesk counter really high ahaha i need to tiptoe to sign the form 😆"

"One of the floor tiles were uneven, it might hurt others who will be staying in that room next time as the tile is pointy/sharp. The pillows and mattress were really comfy and I slept well."

"The place is great for families to have a relaxing mall holiday where they can take time and enjoy the condo facilities. We had problem with the condo parking door where the sensor at level 10 wasn’t functioning well, so we had to wait with our baby for 30 minutes to get in. The staff handling the whatsapp chat was fast, so kudos to them for helping me out the entire time im there. However, i still think the management can be improved in my experience of checking in and checking out. I don’t think the communication was that well with the person in charge but thank you for trying. Also if u are staying here, please look out for the colourful cockroaches poison laying around if u have an infant or toddlers who still pickup whatever and put in their mouth. My son almost died ! But fortunately we saw him before he put it in his mouth."
