千萬千萬不要被賣家秀圖片唬住，這家店真是典型的“衹要有流量，死豬不怕開水燙”。
週五晚上入住，竟然能給我安排一個空調、熱水、WiFi同時不在線的極品房間！
常年30多度的泰國，竟然安排了一個製冷模式17度吹暖風的空調，連着吹了半個小時仍舊是暖風。而前台小妹兒對此的解決之道不是主動給顧客換個房而是從倉庫裏搬出來一台風扇！
淋浴水閥調到了全熱水，洗澡前放了五分鐘，洗澡過程十分鐘，一直到洗完了都是冰水，把前台小妹兒叫來，又放了五分鐘，終於有了熱水——換言之，一共放了二十分鐘水才有熱水。
WiFi完全就是擺設，根本沒有流量，前台小妹兒換成了員工內部WiFi才連上互聯網。而一直到星期天離開，WiFi都是癱瘓的狀態。
那面對空調、洗浴、網絡同時癱瘓的可謂災難級運營事故，前台小妹兒的統一回復就是滿臉堆笑斯密馬賽sorrysorry再sorry但就是不給你解決問題如果你不強硬提出換房看在我姿態那麼低的份兒上就將就一下吧好不好。
星期五晚上跟前台小妹兒預約包車回曼谷，在小妹已經看到五個成年人入住的情況下一再確認了“6 seats”，“OK no problem”；星期六中午跟前台小妹兒確認了一遍“6 seats”，“OK no problem”；星期天早上臨出發前三個小時確認了一遍“6 seats”， “OK no problem”。
終於到了星期天下午一點走到停車場，來，給各位10秒鐘無獎競猜小妹兒是怎麼辦事的。
啊對，一個4座的微型SUV。
“我們5個人，怎麼坐？”
司機很自然而然地指了指連能不能放條金毛都打問號的後備箱。
那面對如此情景前台小妹兒怎麼解決呢？
滿臉堆笑斯密馬賽sorrysorry再sorry您看我姿態那麼低了這車來都來了要不您就將就個把兩個小時將就將就就到曼谷了。
這個時候我已經被前台小妹兒調教得相當好了，完全麼得脾氣。已經沒心情“我吃檸檬”而是好聲好氣勞駕小妹兒換一台車。
真的，珍惜生命，遠離這種混吃等死不怕開水燙的。出門在外每一天都很貴，麼得必要把別人吃過的史再嚼一遍。

Das Hotel wird nicht wirklich gepflegt, die Anlage ist (Corona hin oder her) einfach vernachlässigt! Hatten auf unserem Zimmer in einer Nacht 3 Stromausfälle nein kein allgemeiner Stromausfall in Amphawa sondern die Sicherung ist 3mal rausgefallen und wir mussten im dunkeln einen Schalter betätigen damit dann auch die Klimaanlage weiterlief. Außer uns waren in der gesamten Anlage nur 2 Thai Familien untergebracht, welche bis gegen ca. 0:00 Uhr Party machten und lärmten.....reklamieren könnte man hier ebenso wenig wie die Stromausfälle weil die Rezeption viel zu selten belegt ist. Desweiteren war die Klobrille der Toilette bereits angeschimmelt. Nein sowas geht gar nicht und verdient auch keine Empfehlung.

เป็นที่พักที่ทำเลดีมากในย่านตลาดอัมพวาเลยค่ะ สะอาด ที่พักสวย ชิลๆ พนักงานบริการดีมาก แต่มีข้อเสียนิดหน่อย คือ ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงค่ะ ทำให้ได้ยินห้องข้างๆตลอดเวลา แม้แต่ตอนดึงปลั๊กไฟ นอกนั้นประทับใจทุกอย่างเลยค่ะ
