The ac's kept on turning on and off. Room service is worst. Receptionists are not supportive. The stay is disturbed by the chaos of the hotel above the rooms. Wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

1) non friendly staff free 2) cups were broken from edges. 3) dirty commode ( wc ) 4) no pressure in shower. 5) water logging problem in washroom. In-spite if complain no resolution

Up and above has a unique room decor unlike typical hotel rooms. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. They also have a cool restaurant.

Hotel room service is poor, room is not ok, bed sheets are much dirty, there is a table fan which is so poor

Situated at heart of the city, location is very good, food is good at very reasonable price, rooms are cosy and clean, washroom is hygienic and we'll maintained focus could be on goodies and feel good like toiletries kit etc to be provided

Basic amenities not given in the room, tea kettle broken, no tea coffee sachets, mosquitoes in the room, no repellant, etc etc. Food taste can be better, complimentary breakfast is bad

It was a nice stay. Rooms were spacious. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Would recommend orhers.
