The details been provided to us at make my trip were not the same what we actually experienced, it stated that the was a 3 star hotel, however the quality is less than 1 star.
The pictures been provided, were totally different the washroom were in very bad quality, ceiling the room, and walls were leaking, there were breakage all around the room. This impacted the overall experience.
More over the condition of bed was pathetic, it had bed bugs in it, the bed sheet looked completely used.
Washroom geyser was not working. Overall it was a pathetic experience, i trusted make my trip however it turned out way bad, i would suggest make my trip to review all hotels like this, and should remove them from suggestion, because this is not the customer experience we deserve.
The only good thing about this stay was that it was closer to golden temple.

property location was good, cleanliness good, there is no remote inside to control air conditioner and no soap in the bathroom, smart tv is hard to use as it used a mouse but there's no mouse in the room, rest everything was okay.

Room was stinking.. besheet and blanket was not washed and seems very very dirty.. i booked ac room but they are switching it off again and again without my permission.

This was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. Firstly I booked a double bed ac room, which in the description clearly said that it is equipped with a cupboard. Sadly no cupboards at all, also ac was not functional until I came down from the 2nd floor and asked reception to turn it on. Second, the ac was fixed at 18 degrees as I didn't find any remote in my room, when asked they assured they would look after it but no one came. No basic toiletries provided by them. The only plus point of the guest house was its location, as it's just a 7 minute walk to the golden temple from there. I would not recommend anyone for more than one night in the hotel.
