Verygood Hotel. Excellent services. Excellent location ,right in the downtown. No free parking, 50 euro day. Service in front desk is excellent. Somebody will give you the bottle of water immediately while you’re in and out. When you first check in, there is somebody wait for you at your floor outside of the elevator to guide you to your room. The restaurant is Michelin one star. There are lots of choices in the room for coffee and the tea. The toilet room is excellent. There are steam sauna in the shower area and there are two showerheads. there is a massage bathtub. There is a retractable TV at the end of the bed. the room is beautifully decorated. We strongly recommend this hotel, especially if you have some special event to celebrate.

The Best Hotel Stay I’ve Ever Had — and Probably Ever Will I travel extensively, and I can honestly say that Hotel 27 was one of the absolute highlights of my travels. In fact, it may be the best place I have ever stayed — and probably ever will. From the moment we arrived, there was luxury in every detail, but what stood out even more was the genuine kindness, respect, and care we received from everyone. There was a clear willingness to make sure we had the very best stay possible. Even something as simple as offering to take our wet coats and dry them for us made an impression. The room was spectacular. The décor is amazing, the comfort level is over the top, and the bedding was divine. The giant windows and our view were one of my favorite parts — I absolutely loved being able to open them and watch the people and activity below. The location could not have been more perfect. And the spa/sauna was a favorite part of the stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is incredible, and there is so much to discover and appreciate. Breakfast was fabulous, too. And, not to be weird, but even the toilet was fabulous! 😂 When even the bathroom fixtures impress you, you know a hotel is doing something right. Our stay was far too short, but it felt like a vacation within a vacation. Every part of the experience felt thoughtful and intentional. I especially want to recognize the gentleman who gave us our room tour. I think his name was Ryan, although I may be remembering that incorrectly. He was very tall, incredibly attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a wonderful experience. He was exceptional at his job. To everyone at Hotel 27: thank you. Your efforts were noticed and deeply appreciated. You created a stay that I will remember for a very long time. We may have only been there a short while, but Hotel 27 became one of the highlights of our entire trip. Staying here truly is a vacation within a vacation. If you want, I can also make it  a little more elegant and “five-star luxury hotel reviewer” sounding, while keeping your personality and the funny toilet line.
