Hotel Flipper Amsterdam

Awful rooms, smelly bathroom with mold. Stayed up all night due to bed bugs. My face and hand was swollen from bites. Asked to change the room. Not even an apology from the hotel manager. Not recommended!

Bed bugs in my bed and got bitten all over my body!! I asked for room change and all they can do is "deep clean" the room but for sure all they did was hoover the carpet and change my beddings. Even tho they should just throw the bed away. This also happened to my cousin! Full of bed bugs bite!!

Poor conditions, very old building and strange smell everywhere. Also, if you want to take a shower, be ready to have a flood in the bathroom. There are no bedbugs but still hygiene is not good. Staff is very friendly and location is good

One of the worst Experience I faced. Really bad condition of the Beds. Having a lot Bed Bugs, Rats. Not Even cooperative with refunds when they do not have extra room. Be careful

Mold paradise....the WC and the windows were full. The photos look nothing like the room we got. For 180euro/night it's a rip off. As soon as you enter you have the urge to not touch anything... But we were lucky no bed bug bites for me and the family ( unfortunately i read the reviews later). In terms of cleaningness the window was full of cigarette ashes. The drain in the shower was bad and you were in pool while taking a shower. NOT recommended, I would not go there not even at half price.

I booked for two nights and stayed one awake all night left first thing in the morning, once walked into my room it smelt horrible thought nothing of it just kept the window open then my boyfriend was itchy and showed me his neck and it was full of bite marks so we looked on the bed and saw loads of bed bugs even mould down the side of the wall by the bed I wouldn’t even allow my dogs to sleep in this never mind children men’s ***** was up the curtain and the hotel worker tried to clean it with bleach so it made a bleach stain on the curtain also the bed sheets had blood and poo stains vile place wouldn’t sleep if it was free

Great location, friendly staff. No lift and steep steps to the bedroom. Linen is clean and fine but room is quite old and worn out.

Noisy room, small beds despite i selected double bed. All the night the wall was making weird noise. I dont recommend this. I even had to sue them for such quality and accommodation situation
