Situated on the outskirts of Amsterdam, venue has great tram network links to the city. Can get a bit noisy outside though.

The room environment is very good, the bed is very comfortable, and the service is very thoughtful. However, there are no slippers, and the air conditioner cannot be manually controlled, only a fixed constant temperature. I personally like the freezing point, but the waiter was very considerate and gave me a fan, which made me cooler. There is still one shortcoming, the shower gel and shampoo, a small bottle is not enough and difficult to use.

The hotel service was good. The hotel was clean and everywhere smelled nice.
I think the only addition they can do is to remove the early check in fee. Some guests arrive in the morning and have to wait till 3pm which can be quite stressful.
Apart from that, o would recommend the hotel any day or time.

Comfortable and clean
The receptionist guy was so polite and friendly, very detailed, and guided us .( Just forgot his name, he's blonde 👱♂️)
