Best Western Amsterdam

During my stay, I encountered extremely unprofessional service from a front desk staff member named Gabi, who displayed a clear discriminatory attitude towards Chinese guests and used sarcastic language. What was most unacceptable were the biased and discriminatory remarks. We simply asked for a straightforward inquiry, with no excessive demands, yet this individual specifically targeted our situation with mocking comments. While maintaining a facade of politeness, they mistakenly assumed that Chinese guests wouldn't understand the underlying discrimination and sarcasm in their words. I possess professional English proficiency and could accurately understand and discern the prejudice and disrespect in their speech. Such behavior, involving discriminatory treatment based on nationality and ridiculing guests, also harms the image of local tourism professionals in the Netherlands. Aside from the front desk service issues, the room cleaning service was also inadequate. During a 5-day continuous stay, Best Western Amsterdam only provided a perfunctory room cleaning once, on the day of check-out. I can understand and accept Best Western Amsterdam's policy of reduced daily cleaning for environmental reasons. However, discriminatory service, including verbal sarcasm and prejudice based on nationality, is absolutely intolerable.
