I am so thankful to the person in charge during check in as I have a heavy luggage. So he was trying his best to give a room that’s easy access via their lift. Coincidentally the house keeper was making up room at the same time and when he see me he quickly help up to lift my luggage to my room. Very attentive. All the staff here are very friendly. And the room is new and very comfortable. Just a 5-10mins walk away from the Centraal station. Can be a bit noisy at night. But ok to sleep. Well we are staying at the happening place in Amsterdam so no complaint. I have a very pleasant stay here. Keep up the good work & standard.

We were in Amsterdam for one night to get to the airport the next day. This hotel is in the city center, very close to the train station and the price was okay.

The location of this place was almost perfect, really close to red light district and City centre. We were able to get literally everywhere by foot which was amazing. At night time it would get a little sketch, but I never necessarily felt unsafe. The only thing is that when my partner and I arrived, the bathroom smelled like pee and mold. There also appeared to be black mold in the shower in the grout. We propped the door open to clear out the stench, and I brought my own wipes where I just went through and cleaned the bathroom myself. The carpeted floors also felt soggy. We would have requested another room but reading past reviews it seems almost all rooms have had this issue. The owner seems to respond to every single negative review with a defensive argument which should have been a red flag for me to begin with. If you’re okay with sacrificing a little bit of cleanliness/comfortability for the cost/location then I recommend, but I personally would not stay here again.

The location is very good! The room was compact but comfortable, probably because it was on the top floor. The front desk staff was standing there waiting for us, but they didn't say anything and we just waited.

The room has a slightly damp smell, which may be related to the fact that it rains every day in the Netherlands. The layout is irregular, and I don't know if it was renovated from a private house. In short, the ventilation is not very good. The room is equipped with a coffee machine and coffee mat, and a cup of coffee is quite fragrant. There are no slippers in the room, but it is equipped with towels and disposable water cups, which is enough for short trips. The location is very good, with Chinatown at the back. Turn right when you go out and it's only 700 meters away from the Central Station (there is also a cruise ship terminal, 13 euros per person). Turn left when you go out and you'll be 400 meters away from Dam Square... Next time I come, I will stay here again

The room has a great view. The reception staff is good. The room is clean. The air conditioner is cool. There is an elevator. It is convenient. The breakfast is delicious. The only problem is that the room smells a little musty because the entire floor is carpeted. If I have a chance, I will definitely go back to use the service again.

The location is indeed relatively close to the Central Station, but the security situation nearby is very poor. People outside in the street keep making noises all night until three o'clock in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. In addition, the room is located underground, and people on the street will see it as long as the curtains are opened. The situation in the room was extremely unsafe! Moreover, there are blood stains on the sheets and the outer condition is not good. There will be no next time

Good hotel, I liked everything

The room is OK, the price/performance ratio is not high.

The room is very small! There is a bell nearby, which rings every 15 minutes. The front desk service is quite enthusiastic.

The staff is very friendly, and there is luggage storage, and you have to tap your card to get your luggage. I feel very safe. The hotel is located in the city center, about 6 minutes' walk to the Central Railway Station. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets downstairs, which is very convenient.

I booked the hotel half a month ago, paid in full and it was non-refundable. Who knew that there was no room when I got to the front desk, and I didn't know how to deal with the large and small bags. Will not order again.
