While the hotel itself and its facilities may not fully live up to a typical 5-star standard, the exceptional staff more than makes up for it—they deserve a 20 out of 10! The cleanliness throughout the property is impeccable, and the location couldn't be more convenient. The hotel also features a beautiful garden, which adds a serene and lovely touch to the overall experience. Overall, if you're looking for warm, attentive service and a clean, well-located stay, this hotel is a great choice.

Excellent service and great location.

This hotel is really small, but the location is really good, and the staff service is really great. I'm really impressed. And there's a room with a unique bulk bed that can accommodate 4 people, which is really nice. It's really clean, and I recommend it for families! The downside is that there's no elevator, but they'll bring all your luggage up:)

There is an excellent hotel in a beautiful mansion on the Prinsengracht. The staff is very friendly and happy to take the time to answer all your questions. The room is beautifully decorated with a classic design that fits seamlessly with the historic ambiance of the building. The welcome drink in the attractive and intimate restaurant was much appreciated. In short, a wonderful experience.

The hotel's service is perfect. The canal is right outside the door, and there is a bus stop next to it, making transportation extremely convenient. The facilities and bedding inside are absolutely five-star level, equivalent to a high-end hotel. If you come to Amsterdam, you must come to 717 to experience it!
